Luciano Jungman (Bandoneon) has participated as a bandoneon soloist, performing his own arrangements and the “Concierto para Bandoneón, Guitarra y Orquesta” by A. Piazzolla, invited by the following orchestras: “Orquesta de Cámara de la Ciudad de La Plata”, “Orquesta de Cámara de la Biblioteca del Congreso de la Nación”, “Symphonisches Orchester Zürich”, “Camerata Bern” among others.
Since 1993 he has been arranger, composer and bandoneon player of “La Camorra”. Together with this quintet he has already recorded six CDs, and performed in the following theatres: “Palau de la Música Catalana”, “Teatro Albéniz” and “Kursaal” (Spain), “Memorial de San Pablo”, “Teatro Castro Alves” in Salvador de Bahía (Brazil), “Teatro Nacional de Santo Domingo” (Dominican Republic), “Tropentheater” (Netherlands), among others.
He was a member of the orchestra “Color Tango” for five years.
He has also been part of “Nuevo Quinteto Real”, created by Horacio Salgán, and Fernando Marzan Quintet.
Nowadays he is masterminding his own quintet, “Luciano Jungman Quintet”.
Alejandro Sancho (Guitar) has played in Argentina with some of the most renowned Tango musicians and singers. He is the guitarist of the Fernando Marzan Quintet with which he made several recordings.
He has toured worldwide as a cast member of the shows Tango Buenos Aires, Mora Godoy’s Tango Company, Tango Seducción and Tango Dance Premium, performing in concert halls and theatres such as Chicago and Philadelphia Symphony Halls, Berkeley Zellerbach Hall (USA), Stockholm Koncerthuset (SE), L’Olympia, Paris (FR) and Toronto Roy Thomson Hall (CA) among others.
Nowadays he is touring -along with the Fernando Marzan Quintet– with the Sadler’s Wells production m¡longa, choreographed by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui. This show has been touring intensively since 2013 and has been acclaimed worldwide, closing its 2014 spring season at the Sydney Opera House.
He also performs as a solo artist in many European countries, playing a wide repertory of tango and bossa nova, as well as jazz standards. In February 2018 he released his solo album TANGOS, a collection of classic tango songs arranged by Sancho for solo-guitar.
Between 2004 and 2008 Alejandro was the artistic producer of the Vraa Tango Festival in Denmark, supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Argentina and by the Argentine Embassy in Denmark.
Besides his work with Jungman & Sancho Tango Duo, Alejandro is nowadays one of the leading forces on the Danish tango scene, performing with a wide constellation of musicians and singers.
